We start by listening to your needs, then thinking and designing how a better workplace can benefit your business and your people. Our designs incorporate spatial principles, focusing on user flow, air quality, nature, and acoustics to create a space that works for your business and everyone that’s a part of it.
02Re-purpose
Whenever possible, we repurpose existing elements—whether it’s furniture, styling pieces, or essentials like desks and chairs. This approach not only saves money and reduces waste but also results in designs that blend the old with the new, creating new spaces that are anything but boring.
03Re-configure
As workplace requirements consistently change, so should your space. We design custom components that are flexible and reconfigurable, allowing your space to adapt to whatever your business requires. Whether you need a new meeting area, an innovation hub, or a hands-on workspace, our moveable nature-based elements make it easy—no hard costs, no permanent structures, and nothing to remove when you move on.
04Re-connect
We spend a third of their lives at work, and a well-designed workplace can significantly improve well-being, culture, innovation, and productivity. Our designs create environments where people feel motivated and engaged, making work a place they want to be, so they leave each day with energy and ready to return.
05Refresh without refit
We believe in refresh, not refit. Refits can be expensive and inflexible, where as our approach adapts to your changing needs. We regularly water and maintain all living elements in our designs so your plants and trees stay greener and grow like your new workplace vibe will! Because we’re regularly in your space, we can make adjustments as needed.

CREATING WORKPLACES THAT WORK
Meet Gwynn Hoskins, a proud Kiwi , talented architect and passionate global workplace designer.
After years of shaping some of the world’s most dynamic workplaces—like those at Stripe and Amazon—Gwynn returned to New Zealand in 2022, inspired to bring a fresh perspective to workplaces in his homeland.
Upon returning to New Zealand, Gwynn noticed a disconnect: while New Zealand thrived in innovation and creativity, many workplaces felt uninspiring. He envisioned what the country could achieve if its work environments reflected the creativity of its people.
With a passion for integrating nature into his workplace designs, Gwynn crossed paths with STILL, known for championing sustainable, living, cultural and impactful businesses in New Zealand. Their shared vision to un-boring boring workplaces across New Zealand sparked an exciting collaboration, leading to the founding of No More Boring_.
This venture aims to transform workplaces to revolutionise the way Kiwis experience work, wellbeing and creativity.
At No More Boring_ we take existing workplace environments, be they new or existing, tired or a little uninspiring and re-imagine them into places of inspiration using plants, workplace design and styling to create inviting, engaging, green office spaces where things get done and people feel good about being there.
