Paslode is the pioneer of fuel-powered cordless tools and patented fastener technologies.
For over 80 years, Paslode and professional tradespeople have been working side by side. Much like Paslode’s mission to bring the best to construction and development projects, Paslode saw the need to get a modern refresh to their Office based in Auckland, New Zealand.
To enhance their office environment, we designed and installed a simple greenery refresh to inspire and better bring to life their company mission – To bring the best technology and fuel-powered cordless tools to tradespeople and their projects.
Embracing a Modern Aesthetic
The refreshed office space features a contemporary design that blends functionality with style. With an open-plan layout, we brought together more natural collaboration across the different spaces of the office.
Flexible Workspaces
Recognising the importance of adaptability in today’s work culture is key. Our new layout includes a variety of flexible workspaces. From quiet zones for focused tasks to collaborative hubs for brainstorming sessions, employees can choose the environment that best suits their needs.
Bringing Nature Indoors
One of the critical elements of our office refresh is the curated use of green design. We’ve created a calming atmosphere that connects employees to nature by adding plants of different heights and textures in moveable planters for ongoing flexibility to suit the changing needs of the business and the space. Our clever use of greenery improves air quality and well-being and inspires more creativity and collaboration – which all contribute to a healthier and more engaging workplace.
Community Spaces
To bring together a better sense of community and connection, we designed a dedicated area for social interaction and relaxation called the lounge space. As shown in photos, this space is designed with comfortable seating and high tables and stools, providing employees a place to unwind or collaborate informally.
Our recent office refresh at Passlode New Zealand reflects our commitment to creating inspiring, dynamic and supportive work environments. With clever yet affordable workplace design or what we like to call a Re_fresh for times when you don’t need a full Re_fit, you can invest in one of your most important assets – your people and their workplace engagement.
